Dear Shannon,

On behalf of my brothers and me, I want to offer my sincere thanks to you and Sheila for everything you did for our mother. As you know, we all live in New York State and when we heard of mom's death, it was overwhelming to say the least. However, we all feel unbelievably fortunate that you were there to assist us in our troubles. You two bent over backwards for us in more ways than I can recall, and I can't express how much we appreciate your courtesy, professionalism, and accommodation. Her sudden passing and the long distance from which we had to make the necessary arrangements could have turned this ordeal into even more of a nightmare, but you made it as easy as could possibly be expected. Once again, thank you.
