Annie Christine Wischerth

Annie Christine Wischerth, 82, a Cape Coral, FL resident since 2007, passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2014. She was born December 24, 1931 in McHenry, MS to Emmett and Delia Hickman, now deceased.

Christine received her Bachelor Degree in Criminology from the University of Pittsburgh. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, very generous in giving to many charitable causes and an avid gardener.

She is survived by five beloved children, Georgia Thibodeau of Cape Coral, Toni Halvatzis and husband Danny of Cape Coral, Donna Carlucci and husband John of Stamford, CT, Margaret Koop and husband James of Alpharetta, GA and John Wischerth of Clearwater, FL; two siblings, Davis Hickman and Ruby Jean Hickman; ten grandchildren, Christopher, Richard, Jennifer, Ashley, Dana, Alex, Kristen, Kelly, Courtney and Anthony; and three great grandchildren, Zachary, Jace and Madison.

Christine was preceded in death by her husband, George Edward Wischerth, in 2007.

Memorial contributions in memory of Annie Christine Wischerth are kindly accepted at Hope Hospice or American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).
