A. David Nabatoff, 89, of Cape Coral, formerly of Milford, CT, passed away Wednesday, November 12, 2014 in Cape Coral. He was born March 5, 1925 in New York, NY to Irving and Rose Nabatoff, now deceased.

David was a WWII Army veteran, active with veteran's organizations in Milford, CT, where he created Nabbie's - a family-run restaurant. Known for his love of the arts, David gave new purpose to the Nabbie's name establishing a music studio with his wife, Carol. He was instrumental in the completion of Cape Coral's Cultural Park Theatre and later served as the community theatre's president. More recently he has been a beloved fixture at the North door at Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall, welcoming patrons for the past ten years.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Carol A. Nabatoff; four children, Ray Nabatoff of New Orleans, LA, Ina Schwartz (Mike) of Stoughton, MA, Carlina Nabatoff of Somerville, MA and Leon Nabatoff of Cape Coral; one sister, Doris Zipper of Ft. Myers; as well as two grandchildren, Jason and Robbie Romanow of Stoughton, MA.

Memorial Services will be held at a later date and time to be announced via MullinsMemorial.com.

Memorial contributions in memory of David Nabatoff are suggested to Two Roses Memorial Scholarship Fund for students of the performing arts.
