Adelaide "Addie" Rose Goss

Adelaide "Addie" Rose Goss, 73, a Cape Coral, FL resident since 1991, formerly of Columbus, OH passed away Sunday, November 22, 2015 in Cape Coral, FL. She was born November 19, 1942 in Queens, NY. Addie was of the Catholic faith. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, daughter and friend. Always putting others before herself. She had the most generous and loving heart. And touched many lives with her presence. Her family and friends will always be thankful for the gift that was her life. Her kitchen was always full of amazing smells, baking creations made out of love for her family and friends. When she wasn't in the kitchen she was busy making the most beautiful blankets. Those of us who knew her were graced with her goodies and gifts, knowing they came with love. She was also the biggest Buckeye fan around, she knew old and new players and coaches. She could give you stats on each player and taught her son his times tables by the number of the players' jersey. She carried her faith and support of the Buckeyes to Florida with her. GO BUCKS!!! We love you Mom! She is survived by three loving children, Scott Goss (Robyn) of Belfoir, VA, Tracylynne Goss of Worthington, OH and Sandy Bates (Tim) of Powell, OH; as well as six loving grandchildren, Ashli, Ambri, Spencer, Tiffany, Braxton, and Ryker. Addie was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth J. Goss, Jr. in 2001 as well as her parents, Corneilus and Margaret Sullivan. Funeral Services will be held 5:30 PM Friday, November 27, 2015 at Mullins Memorial, 3654 Palm Beach Blvd., Ft. Myers, FL 33916 with Father Len Gioeli officiating. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation from 4:00 PM until the time of service. Mullins Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cape Coral, is entrusted with final care. Funeral Services will be held 5:30 PM Friday, November 27, 2015 at Mullins Memorial, 3654 Palm Beach Blvd., Ft. Myers, FL 33916 with Father Len Gioeli officiating.
