Amanda Marie Hladonik, 31, a Cape Coral, FL resident for the last six years, formerly of Pittsburgh, PA, passed away Thursday, August 7, 2014 in Cape Coral. She was born October 10, 1982 in Pittsburgh.
She is survived by her beloved parents, Stephen (Louie) and Lynn Hladonik of Pittsburgh; two loving children, Christopher M. Thompson of Pittsburgh and Jonathan A. Smittle and his father Chris Smittle of Cape Coral; a sister, Stephanie Hladonik of Pittsburgh; her paternal grandmother, Frances Hladonik also of Pittsburgh; a nephew, Peyton Hladonik of Pittsburgh; many aunts, uncles and cousins; as well as a special loving friend BethAnne Graham, they all loved her dearly.
Amanda was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Stephen Hladonik, Sr.

Memorial services will be held 5:00 - 8:00pm on Friday, August 22, 2014 at John J. Gmiter Funeral Home, 119 South Fifteenth Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203. A private family burial will take place on Saturday, August 23, 2014.
