Arlene Joan Hottensen

Arlene Joan Hottensen, 76, of North Fort Myers, passed away Friday June 19, 2015 in Cape Coral. She was born June 26, 1938 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Arlene moved to North Fort Myers in 1957, where she raised her family and was involved in square dancing, camping, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, CB Club, ballet, North Fort Myers High Band Boosters, swim team and karaoke. She was a devoted Wife, Mother and friend to all who knew her. Arlene always put others first regardless of the circumstances and was an inspiration to all. Her courage and determination in life, her witty humor, her obsession with collecting frogs and the color pink and karaoke will be long remembered and never forgotten. She was predeceased by her husband Frank of 58 years and her son Curtis. She is survived by her loving daughters, Denise Dillard (Dave) of Cape Coral, Tami Hottensen of Alva, Jaime Frazzini (Ryan) of North Fort Myers, loving sister Marie Mote of Pennsylvania, loving Granddaughters Jessica Wittenberg (Robert), Jennifer Fagerstrom (Tammy), Randi Will, Danielle Will, loving Grandsons Ryan Frazzini Jr., Antonio Frazzini,Tyler Frazzini, Logan Frazzini, loving Great Granddaughters Kenzie Wittenberg, Jazlin Pizarro, loving Great Grandson Luke Wittenberg and her beloved dog Pixie. Memorial contributions in her memory are suggested to Hope Hospice (Diplomat Hospice House) 9470 Healthpark Circle, Fort Myers, Florida 33908.
