Carl Glenroy Mungal, 57, a resident of Cape Coral, FL since 2019, formerly of Framingham, MA, passed away Sunday, May 24, 2020 in Cape Coral. He was born October 15, 1962 in San Fernando, Trinidad.
Carl was of the Hindu faith. He was a proud member of the custodial team at Boston University for 19 years.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 36 years, Shirley Mungal of Cape Coral; loving mother, Joyce Mungal of San Fernando, Trinidad; two loving children, Carlene Mungal; her husband Matthew Haire of Cape Coral, and Jenyce Mungal of Orlando, FL; three siblings, Ferolyn Kangaloo and her husband Landy of MA, Steve Mungal and his wife Sheila of MA, and Leroy Mungal of MA; as well as his precious granddaughter, Amelia Gallagher.
Carl was preceded in death by his father, Glenroy Mungal.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at Mullins Memorial, 3654 Palm Beach Blvd., Fort Myers, FL 33916 with Pundit Ralph officiating. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Per CDC COVID-19 guidelines, Mullins Memorial suggests that all participants wear a mask.
