Carol Lois Turney, 76, a resident of Cape Coral, FL since 2002, formerly of Hollywood, FL, passed away Saturday, November 14, 2020 in Fort Myers, FL. She was born August 14, 1944 in Akron, OH to Rally and Viola Cook, now deceased.
Carol was of the Baptist faith. She loved music, dancing, entertaining family and friends.
She is survived by two loving children, Cheryle Greco of Cape Coral, and Charles Turney (Lisa) of Cape Coral; siblings, Patti Morgan (Charlie) of Lakeland, FL, and Gary Cook of Naples, FL; six grandchildren, Tabetha, Antonio, Keely, Bo, Charlee, and Madison; nine great grandchildren, Brittany, Rudy, Deven, Ja’Marion, Jaylen, Sheila’Amar, Kiara, and Anthony; as well as two great great grandchildren, Aalliyah and Giana.
Carol was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Tom Turney in 2015; as well as two sisters, Janet Robinson and Beverly Messana.
No formal services are planned at this time.
