Chantal Mireille Ancelin

Chantal Mireille Ancelin, 80, a resident of Cape Coral, FL, passed away Friday, September 15, 2023 in Cape Coral, FL. She was born May 11, 1943 in Troyes, France to Maurice and Carmen Ancelin, now deceased.

Chantal was an avid dancer, loved linguistics (managing to get a master’s degree in linguistics from the University of Toronto), languages, and politics. She enjoyed good food, drink, and the beautiful climate of Florida. She was generous, never hesitating to give her love and support. She spoke French, English, German, Russian, Spanish, and Catalan. Most importantly, she was loved by her friends and family.

She is survived by her son, Julian Green; her sister, Marie-Jose Bene; her husband, Steve Bene; her daughters-in-law, Rhonda and Diana; her brother-in-law, Roger; her niece-in-law, Jamie; and her close friends, Wendi and Eddy Falco.

Chantal was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ronald Endo.
