Clara Nell Smith, 91, a 70 year resident of Lee County, passed away Friday, June 26, 2015 in Cape Coral. She was born July 5, 1923 in Bainbridge, GA to David and Idell Musselwhite, now deceased.
She is survived by five children, Jimmy Smith and wife Lorraine of Punta Gorda, Judy Hart and husband Gene of Statesboro, GA, Patsy Martin and husband Marty of Ft. Myers, Trudy Harby and husband Flip of Ft. Myers Beach and Pete Smith and wife Mary of Pine Island; one sister, Jimmie Laura Houston of Tifton, GA; as well as 8 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
Along with her parents, Clara was also preceded in death by her husband, Jessie E. Smith; daughter, Darlene Smith; as well as three sisters and three brothers.

Graveside funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at the Ft. Myers City Cemetery, Michigan Avenue, Ft. Myers with Rev. John Zehnder officiating.
