David Thomas Manion, 93, a resident of St. James City, Florida, passed away Thursday, September 18, 2025, in St. James City. He was born October 19, 1931, in Pittsburgh, PA to Christina and Joseph Manion, now deceased. David was of the Roman Catholic faith. He was a Master Machinist and later became a Field Service Engineer in the power industry and later the water treatment industry. David loved working on older cars and motorcycles. He enjoyed fishing in the Gulf of (America) Mexico. David was a member of the American Legion, the VFW, and the Moose Lodge.

He is survived by two sons, David Manion and wife Carrie of DuBois, PA and Robert Manion and wife Molly of Lititz, PA; one sister, Christina Canales of Media, PA; four grandchildren, Kristen, Ryan, Megan, and Ian; four great grandchildren, Oliver, Mallory, Janelle and Shane; as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, David was also preceded in death by his wife, June Manion; two daughters, Carol and Judith Manion; and two brothers, James and Edward Manion.

A wake will be held on October 8th at the Moose Lodge, Pine Island, Florida from 2:00 – 5:00 to remember Dave and to celebrate his life.

Memorial contributions in memory of David Manion are suggested to the American Heart Association.
