Deborah Lee Kartel, 59, a resident of Cape Coral, FL since 1968, formerly of Ontario, Canada, passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2020 in Cape Coral. She was born July 19, 1960 in Oakville, Ontario, Canada.
Debbie was of the Presbyterian faith. She was a graduate of North Fort Myers High School.
Debbie worked for area cable companies for the last 37 years where she made many lifelong friends. Debbie will be remembered by her warmth, kindness and infectious smile.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 35 years, Paul Kartel of Cape Coral; loving father, Robert Philip of Cape Coral (Gayle Fox); sister, Cheryl Ann Beaton (Scott) of Antigonish, Nova Scotia; as well as an aunt, Linda Jay of Oakville, Ontario, Canada, and two uncles, William Philip (Deanna) of Puslinch Ontario, Canada, and Douglas Philip (Kathy) of Burlington, Ontario, Canada.
Deborah was preceded in death by her mother, Arlene Bunny Philip.
