Diane Jane Bowker

Diane Jane Bowker, 77, a resident of North Fort Myers, FL since 1975, formerly of Auburn Hills, MI, passed away Monday, August 7, 2023 in Fort Myers, FL. She was born June 19, 1946 in Jackson, MI to Grover and Alice Campbell, now deceased.

Diane was a member of North Fort Myers Church of the Nazarene in Florida. She was fiercely loyal. To her Lord, her family, and her friends. Nothing brought her more joy than spending time with her family and serving her church. She set a beautiful example of Christ's love in the way that she ALWAYS thought of and put others before herself and made certain they knew two things: how much Christ loved them and how much she loved them. Her family and friends feel a tremendous loss in her sudden passing but take comfort in knowing that we will meet her again someday.

She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years of marriage, Dan Bowker of North Fort Myers, FL; three children, Richard Bowker (Janelle) of North Fort Myers, Dawn Myers (Chuck) of Lehigh Acres, FL, and Dion Norsworthy (Zach) of Tampa, FL; two brothers, John Campbell of Parma, MI, and Wayne Campbell (Linda) of Spring Arbor, MI; numerous nieces and nephews; eight grandchildren, Brittany, Sydney, Terry, Natasha, Jennifer, Sarah, Hunter, and Joshua; as well as eleven great grandchildren, Gavin, Ivy, Ellie, Hunter, Blake, Avery, Eliza, Justin, McKyla, Savannah, and Bryce.

Diane was preceded in death by a sister, Thelma Earley.

Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at North Fort Myers Church of the Nazarene, 6781 Bayshore Rd, North Fort Myers, FL 33917 with Pastor Van Garner officiating.
