Donald W. Lessem

Donald W. Lessem, 73, passed away peacefully on Jan. 6, 2016 with his wife of 50 years, Cheryl, by his side. Formerly of Akron, Oh and Aventura, FL he recently relocated to his paradise in Cape Coral, FL. Don was a Mason and a Shriner and was active in Ducks Unlimited, Commerce Club, and the Hill and Dale Club. At age 16, he was named one of the youngest Eagle Scouts in America. He is survived by his wife Cheryl, and his children Lana (Larry) Yarmaloff of Framingham, MA; Marc and Andrea of Akron; grandchildren, Maren, Griffin and Alexa; brother, david and his wife Mary Kay Lessem; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. Per Don's wish, cremation has taken place and there will be a celebration of his life at a later date.
