Elizabeth "Liz" Ann Lindsay, 65, a resident of Cape Coral since 1989, formerly of Danbury, CT, passed away Wednesday, April 29, 2015 in Cape Coral. She was born July 10, 1949 in Norwalk, CT to Manual and Marion Rivera, now deceased.
Liz was of the Christian faith. Cooking was her passion. She was the happiest when she was in the kitchen cooking for Family and Friends. She was the most caring and honest person you could ever meet. A true Angel if there ever was one. She will surely be missed by all. A wonderful Sister, Daughter, Mother and Wife.
She is survived by her beloved husband of over 36 years, Frank Lindsay of Cape Coral; four children, Alicia Sundelin (John) of Rhode Island, Jennifer Chiccarello of Cape Coral; Yvonne Vega (Timothy) of Woodstock, GA and Scott Lindsay (Christine) of Norwalk, CT; five siblings, Sue Genest (Bob), Jimmy Rivera, Billy Rivera (Mary), Virginia Spienello, and Doug Rivera all of CT; nine grandchildren; and Sam the dog.
Liz was preceded in death by her son, James A. Chiccarello; three siblings; and her best friend, Daisy the dog.
