Eugene F Hoffmann, III

Eugene "Gene" Fredrick Hoffmann, III, 80, a resident of Cape Coral, FL since 2005, formerly of Ballston Spa, NY passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2017 in Cape Coral. He was born June 14, 1936 IN Orange, NJ to Eugene and Marth Hoffmann, II, now deceased. Gene was a member of St. Katherine Drexel Catholic Church in Cape Coral. He was a past president of The International Association of Printing House Craftsman, as well as a president of the New Jersey Club, and The Adirondack Club. He was a member of The Capital District Club and was Craftsman of The Year for three different clubs. He is survived by his beloved wife of over 23 years, Patricia Gelok-Hoffmann of Cape Coral; four loving children, Elizabeth Hoffmann of East Orange, NJ, David Hoffmann of Gansevoort, NY, Kathy Hoffmann of Rockford, MI and Gordon Hoffmann of East Orange, NJ; three stepchildren, Patricia ZDemarco of Haskell, NJ, Laurel Cardenas of Hewitt, NJ and Lawrence Gelok of Pompton Lakes, NJ; sister, Dr. Lee Hoffmann Demott of Shawanne Mission, KS;13 grandchildren; as well as 14 great grandchildren. Services will be held in NJ at a later date.
