Gary Wayne Chamberlain

Gary Wayne Chamberlain, 46, a resident of Ft. Myers, FL since 2000, formerly of Jasper, IN passed away Saturday, October 24, 2015 in Ft. Myers. He was born February 17, 1969 in Henderson, KY. Gary was a member of City Gate Ministries, Ft. Myers. He never met a stranger. When able, he was always willing to help others any way he could. He cherished the time he was able to work for the church, but he especially loved having the opportunity to teach Sunday school to the children. Gary had a big heart. He is survived by his beloved wife of 19 years, Teri Chamberlain of Ft. Myers; his mother, Sue Wiscaver and her husband Glen of Petersburg, IN; a son, Brandon Chamberlain and his wife Whitney of Huntingburg, IN; two siblings, Eric Wiscaver of Indiana and Kelly Wiscaver of Petersburg, IN; a grandson, Hunter Chamberlain; his father-in-law, Edward De St. Jean and his wife Susan of Valparaiso, IN; as well as several aunts and uncles including Bill and Gayera Cutteridge of Ft. Myers. Funeral services will be held 11:00AM Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at Mullins Memorial, 3654 Palm Beach Blvd., Ft. Myers, FL 33916 with Pastor David Pleasant officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, October 27th from 5:00pm till 7:00pm.
