Grace E. LaFond

Grace Evelyn LaFond, 75, a North Fort Myers, FL resident for over 50 years, formerly of Vermont, passed away Friday, May 6, 2016 in North Fort Myers, FL. She was born September 13, 1940, in Rutland, VT to Archie and Grace Bussino, now deceased. Grace was of the Methodist faith. She was the proud mother of five children that she loved more than anything. She was a hard worker and raised her children herself. She was a selfless woman who would do anything she could to help people. Over the years she has taken care of so many and would go without to make sure everyone else was taken care of. She was very close with her grandkids and they adored her. She will be missed dearly and will always have a special place in the hearts of everyone that knew her. She taught her family how to be strong and to love unconditionally. She is now the sweetest angel that we will reunite with when it's our time. She is survived by her four children, Donald Hall, Jr. of N. Ft. Myers, Debra Crews of N. Ft. Myers, Kimberly Jordan (John) of N. Ft. Myers, and Kevin Wayne Hall (Jennifer) of Punta Gorda, FL; two brothers, Harold Baker and Archie Bussino, Jr; five grandchildren, Kristina, Johnny, Crystal, Kevin, and Jesse; as well as 11 great grandchildren. Grace was preceded in death by her brothers, Loren and Ronny Baker; mother, Grace Newsbigle; son, David Hall; grandsons, Mark "JR" Crews and Donald "Bruce" Hall; as well as granddaughter, Jessica Jordan. Memorial Services will be held 2:00 pm, Sunday, May 22, 2016 at Mullins Memorial, 3654 Palm Beach Blvd., Fort Myers, FL 33916 with Chaplain Chuck Peal officiating. Mullins Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Fort Myers, is entrusted with final care.
