Gregory Anthony Maugeri, DC, 63, a Ft. Myers, Florida resident since 1979, formerly of Massapequa Park, Long Island, New York, passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2016 in Ft. Myers. He was born November 1, 1952 in Brooklyn, NY to Joseph and Julia Maugeri, now deceased.Also, pre-deceased by his younger brother Joseph Maugeri. Dr .Gregory Maugeri was of the Catholic faith. He was a kind and loving father and showed strength, courage, compassion, and kindness throughout his life. He was a Doctor of Chiropractic for 32 years in Fort Myers and was passionate about the practice of Chiropractic. He will be missed by so many people whose lives he has touched. We loved him soooo much! He is survived by his beloved wife of 32 years, Judy Maugeri of Ft. Myers; daughter, Gina Maugeri also of Ft. Myers; two sisters, Julianna Maugeri (Joseph Hestler), and Beatrice Maugeri (Kevin Mulder); sisters in law, Cathy Maugeri; Janet Freeman(Dan), brother in law, John Slusser(Debbie),Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, God Son, Nicholas and God Daughter Krystal, and many friends.
