Helen Arlene Giberson

Helen Arlene Giberson, 81, of Cape Coral, formerly of Lancaster, PA, passed away on January 11, 2015. She was born on February 3, 1933 in Lancaster, PA to Amos and Mary Miller, now deceased.

Helen was of the Lutheran faith. She was a graduate of J.P. McCaskey H.S. She was an avid bird watcher and lover, the Cardinal being her favorite. She was a floral designer for over 65 years starting at Clerico Florists on Manor Street and working at numerous floral shops in the Lancaster, PA area. She was Head Designer at Decart Designs and had arrangements displayed at Macy's and Saks Fifth Avenue in New York City and in Neiman Marcus in Dallas, up until 2014 her last position was held at Flowers by Paulette, N. Queen Street, Lancaster, PA.

She is survived by three loving children, Richard E. Miller of Cape Coral, Mary F. Davis of Cape Coral, and John D.Giberson of Lancaster, PA; sister, Barbara Hemperly of Lancaster, PA and brother, Amos Miller of Lancaster, PA; granddaughter, Julie Miller of Lancaster, PA; as well as great grandson, Sunny Diorio.

Helen was preceded in death by her husband Richard E. Giberson, as well as her siblings, Richard C. Miller, John Miller and Mary Rice.
