Herman Delmer Beaulieu, 82, of North Fort Myers, passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2024 from his incredible fight with cancer. Herman always showed incredible strength in everything he did.
As a proud Veteran, his strength was displayed with his service in the Army and was recognized with a Good Conduct medal.
Outside of serving for his country, Herman was a dedicated Ironworker for 42 yrs. Which included Morin Erection of Bristol, CT, MRS in Plainville, CT, and AC Dellovade of Avella, PA, as the Superintendent. He then retired in 2003, and relocated to Florida with his wife, Lucille Beaulieu.
Herman was dedicated to his work but always found time for his family any moment he had. His loving & supportive wife, Lucille Beaulieu, was by his side for 59 years during all of his travel for work through the enjoyment of retirement in Florida. His two daughters, Kim Marie Davis Beaulieu & Sherry Delucia, were his pride and joy that filled his heart with love. A family memory includes taking his grandson, Steven Beaulieu to his Motocross races, which became a family event. He always enjoyed being social with friends and family, his love for people was undeniable. While residing in Florida, he loved going to the pool to see his friends and would talk about anything and everything, he had such a warm welcoming to his demeanor. Nothing could stop him, as his strength always shined through, he always kept active with walking and biking. He also enjoyed his morning daily breakfast at Stamatis Restaurant visiting with friends.
Born in Grand Isle, ME, Herman leaves his loving wife Lucille (Michaud) Beaulieu, her heart is heavy to have lost her Love and best friend of 59 years. His beautiful daughters that were near and dear to his heart Sherry DeLucia and predeceased daughter, Kim Marie Davis Beaulieu. His sisters, Mona LeVesque, Mina Dionne, Rita Beaulieu, Jenny Daigle, Martha Guisti and Lucille Napolitano. He will be deeply missed by his other surviving family members: his grandson, Steven Beaulieu, granddaughter-in-law, Anastazia Beaulieu, his granddaughter, Jessica DeLucia, and two great-granddaughter’s Mya & Lilly Beaulieu.
Graveside Services with Military Honors will be held at the Connecticut State Veterans Cemetery Park, Bow Lane, Middletown CT. Details to be announced via www.MullinsMemorial.com.
