Howard Mallorey, Jr. 59, a Cape Coral, FL resident for the last 25 years, formerly of Steubenville, OH passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2015 in Cape Coral. He was born October 3, 1955 in Warren, OH to Howard and Alaire Mallorey, now deceased.
Howard was a loving and devoted husband, father, and brother with an undeniable love for his family. He was a dynamic individual with a passion for living life to its fullest, which he instilled in his children. He was a genuine caring person who made a lasting impression on everyone he met. From learning to play golf with his Father and friends at Maplecrest Golf Club, to coaching Pop Warner football at Cape Youth Football Association, he truly made others' lives better. Howard's sarcasm and wit along with his sensational sense of humor extended not only from family and close friends, but to the internet and Facebook friends coast to coast that he considered his extended family. He loved them all. He was a motor head as well as a sports enthusiast. Howard attended Ohio University on a Golf scholarship, His love and passion for golf is carried on in his Son Todd. He was truly an amazing individual who will be fondly remembered by everyone …
He is survived by his beloved wife of 22 years, Ruth Mallorey of Cape Coral; four children, Tyler Rutherford and his girlfriend Dianna Iammatteo of Cape Coral, Christine Taylor and husband Joshua of Steubenville, OH, Ashley Strnisa and husband Joshua of Burgettstown, PA and Todd Mallorey and wife Isamar of Myrtle Beach, SC; a sister, Carol Downing of Stow, OH; four grandchildren, Brianna, Isabella, Livia and Hannah; his mother-in-law, Jewell Anderson and husband Dennis of Royston, GA; step mother-in-law, Karen Baumgartner of Plainfield, IL; numerous nieces and nephews; as well as Sheldon the dog and Fred the cat.
