James Anthony Dragoni, 59, a resident of Cape Coral, FL for the past 21 years, formerly of Port Chester, NY and White Plains, NY, passed away Thursday, October 29, 2020 in Cape Coral. He was born June 3, 1961 in New York, NY.
James (Randy, Jim) was a member of Faith Presbyterian Church in Cape Coral. He was devoted to his family, always putting their needs ahead of his own. He was co-owner of Auto Clinic of Cape Coral. He owned businesses in New York as well during his career as an automotive mechanic (specializing in electrical and computer systems), spanning 41 years. He was an avid boater, cyclist, hiker, and obstacle course racer. He also found great joy in travel.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 36 years, Margaret “Meg” Dragoni of Cape Coral; loving mother, Sophie “Pat” Dragoni-Bistany of Ardsley, NY; two loving children, Danielle Dragoni of NY, NY, and Anthony Dragoni of Cape Coral; sister, Christine Serino (Daniel) of Garnerville, NY, nieces Nicole and Dana, nephew Danny; sister in law Diane Barrowman (Jay Tracy) of Hartsdale, NY, niece Kelly, nephew Will.
James was preceded in death by his father, Bertrand Dragoni.
