Jason Dan Ward

Jason Dan Ward, 43, a lifelong resident of Fort Myers, FL, passed away Friday, October 11, 2024 in Fort Myers. He was born November 1, 1980 in Dayton, OH.

Jason was of the Christian faith and lived his life with unwavering devotion to his family, and friends. A proud graduate of North Fort Myers High School. He later pursued a career in the restaurant industry, where he was admired for his strong work ethic, dedication, and making people laugh.

Those who knew Jason will remember his warm smile, sense of humor, and selflessness. He had a natural ability to connect with people. His love for his children, Taylor and Alexis, was unmatched, and he took great pride in being a supportive and loving father. Jason will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to know him.

He is survived by his loving mother, Shirley Troutman; two loving children, Taylor Ward and Alexis Ward; loving sister, Angela Ketron (Chad); as well as a nephew and a niece, Austin and Hailey.

Jason was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Taylor.

A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 PM Monday, October 21, 2024, at Mullins Memorial, 3654 Palm Beach Blvd., Fort Myers, FL 33916.
