Jo-Ann (Jo-Z) Holmes Knight Honeycutt, 75, of Cape Coral, FL passed away peacefully in her home Monday, September 11, 2017. She was born March 24, 1942 in Galveston, TX.
Prior to retirement life in Florida 2001, Jo-Ann retired from USA Defense Ft. Monroe VA. Jo-Ann will be dearly missed by daughters, Rhonda Larsen Booth of Hampton, VA, Rene Larsen Townsend of Chatsworth, GA and Rejean Staton of Cape Coral, FL; step-son, Ben L. Honeycutt, Jr. of Hampton VA; step-daughters, Tracey Honeycutt Bridges of Greensboro, NC and Carla Honeycutt Rose of Ambridge, PA; 11 grandchildren, Emily, Megan, Michelle, Kimberly, Bryan, Matthew, Alec, Lenox, Lillian, Alyssa and Ashley; four great grandchildren, Blake, John, Jr., Tucker and Kennedy; sisters, Darlene Talbot of Mathews, VA, Georgette Gerry of The Villages, FL and Kathy Faucheux of Panama, FL; and brother, JB Holmes of Sugarland, TX.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, Ben Lee Honeycutt; step-son, William Allen Honeycutt; Francis Holmes, Edward P. and Martha Jane Beals Knight.
A Celebration of Life will be held at her home on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at 11:00AM.
