John David Stern

John David Stern, 33, a resident of Cape Coral, FL for the past ten years, formerly of Albion, NY, passed away Friday, March 24, 2023 in Cape Coral. He was born December 11, 1989 in Brockport, NY.

John was of the Catholic faith. He was a loving father. He enjoyed outdoor activities, family dinners and especially playing in the pool with his son.  He was very proud of the business he and Kimmie built, screening pool cages and handyman work before and after hurricane Ian. He was quick witted and loved to make a joke.

John is survived by his loving parents, David and Beth Stern of Cape Coral; loving son, John David Francis Stern; sister, Mindi Spearance (Mitchell Barnhill) of Cape Coral; maternal grandparents, Francis and Anita Trupo of Friendship, NY; as well as paternal grandmother, Joan “DeeDee" Stern of Holley, NY; A special uncle, Thomas Scott “Uncle Buck" Trupo, as well as, several aunts and uncles, great aunts and uncles and many cousins.

He was predeceased by his loving companion; as well as and the mother of his child, Kimberley Marie Burdick.
