Jose Ramon Roca Rodriguez

Jose Ramon Roca Rodriguez, 75 years old, of Cuba, passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2022.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 16th, 2022 at 10:00 am at Coral Gables, Caballero Rivero Woodlawn North Park Cemetery and Mausoleum, 3260 SW 8th St., Miami, FL 33135.

He was born August 29, 1946 in San Luis and after being married to Mirna Amalia they lived together for 51 years in Santiago de Cuba. He had two children, a boy who was called Josue (who passed away when he was just 17) and a girl who was called Judith who current lives in Florida. He dedicated his whole life to his family, whom he cared for, respected and loved unconditionally.

He used to work by the sea almost all his life and he was loved and respected by all his family, friends and coworkers for his charismatic personality, honesty and dedication. He used to share his experience and help everyone around him. He spent his last years of work in Marina Marlin SA, in Santiago de Cuba and at Brisas Sierra Mar-Los Galeones Hotel as Catamaran and Boat Skipper.

Jose will be remembered by all as a Man who honored his last name, Roca, because He stood firm as a rock and tried everything to save his life, he fought against the disease with integrity until the end of his days, he never gave up.
