Joseph Francis O'Keefe

Joseph Francis O'Keefe, 89, a North Fort Myers, FL resident for the last 28 years, formerly of Oak Park, IL, passed away Saturday, August 22, 2015 in Cape Coral. He was born July 18, 1926 in Chicago, IL to Dennis J. and Bridget T. O'Keefe, now deceased. Joseph was a US Army Air Corp WWII veteran. He attended St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Ft. Myers. Joseph was a Sales Manager with Olin Corporation. He is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Adelaide Davy O'Keefe of North Ft. Myers; seven children, Susan M. DiMascio and husband Rev. Clifford DiMascio of Dyer, IN, R. Kevin O'Keefe and wife Camilla of Centennial, CO, Adelaide A. Waters and husband Michael of Aspen, CO, Patrick J. O'Keefe and wife Tammy of Denver, CO, Margaret M. O'Keefe and husband Kevin Burich of Deerfield, IL, Mary O'Keefe of Denver, CO and Helen Bridget O'Keefe of Denver, CO; two sisters, Joann Ryan of Naples, FL and Kathleen Heller of Poinciana, FL; nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren; as well as ten nieces and nephews. Along with his parents, Joseph was preceded in death by a sister, Loretta Maron. No formal services are planned at this time. Memorial Contributions in memory of Joseph F.
