Josette Rae Brand

Josette Rae Brand, 76, a Lee County Florida resident for over 10 years, formerly of Canton, OH passed away Friday, November 6, 2015 in Cape Coral, FL. She was born March 19, 1939 in Canton, OH to Arnold and Gertrude Schweitzer, now deceased. Josette was a member of Lighthouse Fellowship in Cape Coral. She loved and was loved by her family, friends and church. She enjoyed her many dogs throughout her life. She will be missed with great love. She is survived by her mother-in-law, Patricia Brand of Canton, OH; brother, Jim Schweitzer (Jane) of CT, and sister, Maryann Gallucci of OH; several nieces and nephews including, Tim Kolakowski (Victoria) of Reno, NV, Crystal McCormack (Bob) of Cape Coral, Beau, Dreu, Taryn, John, Paul, David, Chris, Marybeth and Daniel; as well as Snuggles the dog. Aside from her parents, Josette was preceded in death by her husband, Terry Brand in 2009. Memorial Service in Florida will be intermingled with the Sunday Worship Service at 10:00 AM Sunday November 15, 2015 at Lighthouse Fellowship, 269 SW 2^nd Terrace, Cape Coral, FL 33991 with Pastor Ken Lichter officiating. Memorial Services in Ohio will be held 12 noon, Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at Sunset Hills Memory Garden Mausoleum/Chapel, 7920 Frank Rd., N. Canton, OH 44720 with Pastor John Schrade officiating. In Lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions in memory of Josette Rae Brand are suggested to Lighthouse Fellowship. Mullins Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cape Coral, is entrusted with final care.
