Judith Ann Myre

Judith Ann Myre, 76, a resident of Florida for the past 25 years, formerly of Ottawa, IL, passed away Saturday, December 10, 2022, in Naples, FL. She was born April 6, 1946, in Morris, IL to Robert and Beverly Hunter, Sr., now deceased.

Judith attended Morris High School in IL.  She was a beautician in Ottawa, IL and shared a shop with her husband.  Upon moving to Florida, she obtained her Certified Nursing Certificate and was a CNA in the career she loved caring for people. 

Judith was totally dedicated to her family in all aspects of their lives.  She was most happy when caring for others.  She was a caring and unique individual who touched the lives of all who knew her. 

She is survived by two loving children, JoAnn Toppin (Greg) of Naples, and Jimmy, Jr. (Connie) of Ottawa, IL; former son-in-law, Clifford Faber (Lori) of Tucson, AZ; brother, Jerry Hunter (Patricia) of Morris, IL; sister in law, Janice Hunter; five grandchildren, Brandon Faber (Christy), Melissa Faber (Marne), Morgan Myre, Emily Myre, and Jordan Greene; as well as three great-grandchildren, Dylan Hammond, Olivia Faber, and Avrie Tonnessen.

Judith was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jimmy Myre; as well as her brother Robert Hunter, Jr.

Memorial Services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, January 20, 2023 at First Naples Baptist Church, Worship Room # 117, 3000 Orange Blossom Drive, Naples, FL 34109.
