Judy Lee Underwood, 66, a Lee County, Florida resident since 1980, formerly of Elk Grove Village, Illinois passed away Friday, January 29, 2016 in Ft. Myers. She was born January 10, 1950 in Chicago, IL to Robert and Julia Nelson, now deceased.
Judy attended and was one of the first members of New Hope Christian Church.
She is survived by three loving sons, Andy Byers of Cape Coral, FL, Neal Byers of Naples, FL and Robert Underwood (Dawn) of Lehigh Acres, FL; sister, Joann Knapp (Frank) of North Ft. Myers, FL; two nieces, Tamara Traurig of Ft. Myers and Staci Schillinger of North Ft. Myers; as well as six grandchildren, Jacob, Daniel, Rebecca, Megan, Amanda, and Adam.
A Memorial Service will be held 1:30 PM Sunday, February 28, 2016 at New Hope Christian Church, 17181 Tarpon Way, North Ft. Myers, FL 33917 with Tracy Hansen officiating.
