Juliana James Cox

Juliana James Cox, 1, a lifelong resident of Fort Myers, FL, passed away Thursday, April 22, 2021 in Fort Myers. She was born July 10, 2019 in Fort Myers. Juliana’s parents have been residents of Fort Myers since 2011, formerly of Cleveland, OH.

Juliana’s family was of the Lutheran faith. She will be remembered for the smile she put on everyone’s face. Her hugs and kisses could brighten the darkest days, and she always left a lasting memory with anyone she met. She loved trying to keep up with her big sisters scooting across the floor in her special way.

She is survived by her loving parents, JD, and Kristina Cox of Fort Myers; sisters, Aria and Peyton, both of Fort Myers; maternal grandparents, David and Debra Papson of Cleveland, OH; paternal grandmother, Linda Kane Cox of Fort Myers; uncles, Jeremi Kane, Jesse Cox, and David Papson; paternal step grandmother, Denise Meekins of Cleveland; Juliana was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, James Cox; great maternal grandparents, Henry, and Christine Frederick of Cleveland, OH, and Jeanette Papson of Cleveland; as well as an endless list of friends and family both in Florida and Ohio.

A Celebration of Life will be held starting at 12:00 PM Saturday, May 1, 2021 at Cottage Beach Bar, 1250 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach, FL 33931. The family will be receiving friends during the celebration.

A Celebration of Life will be held in July in Ohio.
