Kirk Ira Summey Sharp

Kirk Ira Summey Sharp (KISS), 61, a resident of North Fort Myers, FL for the past five years, formerly of Waterville, Ohio, passed away Saturday, June 22, 2024 in North Fort Myers. He was born June 25, 1962 in Toledo, OH to Louis Joseph and Carol Jean Summey, now deceased. In addition, he was preceded in death by his first wife Julie A Summey.

He is survived by his loving wife, Lisa Marie Summey Sharp of North Fort Myers; children, Mike Summey of OR, Dan Summey of GA, Henry Carroll of OH, Dalton Carroll of North Fort Myers, and special daughter LeatherLynn of OH; grandchildren, Kimberly, Justin, and Timmy; father in law and mother in law Cole and Angie Sharp of Grove City, OH; sister, Crista Wiseley of Waterville, OH; a host of nieces and nephews as well as his beloved family pets including Dottie Doodles the boxer, Starr the blue gold macaw bird, Jack the asshole scarlet macaw bird, Rexi the bearded dragon, his neighborhood visitors including Iggy the bird, the bunnies, the turtles, racoons, and the geese (which all had names).

Kirk loved helping people in our community. Friends, please feel free to share some of your happy experiences where he helped you out. His favorite foods were steak and BBQ ribs, he loved cooking. He loved listening to music and playing his bass guitar. He loved fixing things, riding the motorcycle, fishing, and swimming. He loved watching movies especially Star Trek, Guardians of the Galaxy and watching Wink news which always gave him a laugh. He loved auto races, going to events at the Freedom Factory and big block Chevys. His favorite games were Angry Birds, 8ball Pool and Yahtzee. Most especially, he loved taking our daily R-I-D-E (if we spelled the word, she still knew what it meant) on the golf cart with Dottie.

A Celebration of Life will be held at his best friend Chuck’s home July 22, North Fort Myers, Florida. Details to be announced via www.MullinsMemorial.com.
