Linda Marie Fellnor

March 17, 1966 — October 2, 2023

Linda Marie Fellnor, 57, a resident of Cape Coral, FL for more than twenty-five years, formerly of Burlington Township, NJ, passed away unexpectedly Monday, October 2, 2023 in Fort Myers, FL. She was born March 17, 1966 in Mount Holly, NJ to Harold L. and Maryann Alcott, now deceased.

Linda had a big heart, a generous soul, and a free-spirited outlook on life. She never met a stranger. She would help anyone, and she openly shared her home with those needing it. Linda grew up in Burlington Township and graduated from Burlington Township High School in 1984. In 1989, Linda married her best friend and true love, John. Within a few years, the family moved to Cape Coral, FL where she worked various office jobs during her lifetime doing accounting and scheduling.

Linda’s second love was music. She and John cruised several times with their favorite bands. She couldn’t carry a tune but that didn’t stop her. She was often late to an event because she would stop to hear a band. She also loved the ocean and beach. Her motto while swimming was, ‘I’m an olive in God’s martini’. With family and friends, Linda enjoyed lobstering in the Keys every season. Linda was handy around the house and proud to have her own toolkit. She loved to do crafts, especially during the holidays, for gifts. Linda loved her family deeply, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her son, John Fellnor, IV of Fort Myers, FL; sisters, Peggy Alcott (George Mess) of Naples, FL, Kathy Alcott (Tom Forker) of Burlington, NJ, and Joann (Alcott) Baumgartner (Rich) of Redwood City, CA; as well as grandchildren, Devin Lee Glidden, Jr “DJ” of Lehigh Acres, FL, and River Lyn Larrimore of Bokeelia, FL; mother-in-law and friend, Patricia Uva Vereb of Cape Coral, FL; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Linda was preceded in death by her loving husband, John Fellnor, III in 2019; daughter, Katie Fellnor; brother, James Alcott; as well as sister, Patricia Westerman.
