Mark Chrisopher Lennox

Mark Christopher Lennox, 53, a Cape Coral, FL resident since 1991, formerly of Yonkers, NY, passed away Tuesday, June 17, 2014 in Cape Coral. He was born October 21, 1960 in Yonkers, NY to Joseph and Mary Lennox, now deceased.

Mark attended St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Church. He served in the US Navy receiving two good conduct awards. He was awarded a Ribbon of Battle E from the City of Yonkers for running into a burning building and saving a family. Recognitions include, Senator Graham for coaching FL AAU 15U team to the National Championship. His years of volunteering as a baseball coach were for the Cape Coral Koza Salano field as well as the AAU team.

He is survived by his beloved wife Sharon Lennox of Cape Coral, FL; his three children, Mark Lennox, Jr. of Cape Coral, FL, Jessica Cortez (Matthew) of Ewa Beach, HI and Kiley Lennox of Clewiston, FL; two sisters, JoAnn Kittelstad (Howard) of Crystal River, FL and Janice Bibko (Kenneth) of Clinton Cornors, NY; one grandchild, Aubree Smallwood of Clewiston, FL.

Mark was preceded in death by his two brothers Joseph and Lawrence Lennox.
