Martha (Reardon) Griffin

Martha (Reardon) Griffin, formerly of Chelmsford, MA and most recently of Cape Coral, FL, passed away Monday, November 18, 2024 at age 67.

Martha was educated in the Chelmsford school system, graduating from high school there in 1975. Her career matched her many skills and strengths, both physically and socially. She had a 'green thumb' and surrounded herself and neighbors with brilliant colors; she was also a wonderful cook, her residence(s) were always immaculate and welcoming; she also loved to fish and traveled extensively, making it a point to try and be on the water and in the sunlight whenever possible.

Martha was the sole child of William Joseph Reardon and her dear mother, Veronica (Kane) Reardon; Martha did not have any children of her own but was considered an aunt/godmother to Jesse Ledrew; her extended family included dozens of first cousins, including her cousin William Joseph Reardon of North Attleborough, MA.

Among her friends Martha was considered a fiercely loyal, dependable soul who always made herself available to lend an ear or provide sage advice. Her neighbors were also fortunate to share in her love for baking.

Martha had a keen eye for style, be it clothing, furnishings, boats, cars or motorcycles, which matched her passion for being in the wind and the Sun. Those who had Martha in their lives were always within reach of a person that was prepared for anything, especially adventure, and she was also someone able to help carry out any task in the workplace; she will be greatly missed by those who were fortunate to have her in their lives.
