Mary Ann Bullock

Mary Ann Bullock, 66, a resident of Cape Coral, FL since 1995, formerly of Tampa, FL, Austin, TX, and Pasadena, TX, passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2023 in Cape Coral. She was born July 18, 1957 in Tyler, TX to William Marion and Esther Mamie McDonald, now deceased.

She was the world’s greatest Mema. Her grandkids loved her as much as she loved them. Her passion was to be part of her grandchildren’s lives and teach them what unconditional love looks like. She was very proud of her family, including her son in laws, and loved to talk about their accomplishments. Her family was very important to her. Mary was a dedicated wife and mother who taught us that working hard, and dedication, can lead to great things.

She loved to cook with, and for, her family; and boy, could she! Sunday family dinners were her absolute favorite. She also enjoyed traveling. Her greatest legacy was her ability to build relationships with anyone she met. She cherished the relationships she made as a retail manager and then as a small business owner. If you knew Mary, you knew she led with her heart. She took her last breath surrounded by family.

She is survived by her loving husband, Greg Bullock of Cape Coral; children, Margaret Wolter (Beau) of Cape Coral, Michelle Edwards (Chris) of Cape Coral, Angela Kasey (Patrick) of Fort Myers, FL, and Michael Bullock of Cape Coral; siblings, Bill McDonald, III (Jackie) of Cypress, TX, Beth Pitts (Chuck) of Cypress, TX, and Frankie Huron (Daniel) of Cypress, TX; numerous nieces and nephews; as well as seven grandchildren, Madison, Melia, Maisy, Tyler, Cody, Bella, and Preston.

Mary was preceded in death by her sister, Patricia “Kay” McDonald.

Memorial Services will be held at 12:30 PM on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at Mullins Memorial, 3654 Palm Beach Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33916 with Reverend Beau Wolter and Dr. Pitts officiating.
