Melissa Leigh Farrelly

Melissa Leigh Farrelly, 48, a Cape Coral, FL resident for the last six months, formerly of Plympton, MA passed away Friday, November 27, 2015 in Cape Coral. She was born October 31, 1967 in Middleboro, MA. Melissa was a wonderful person, friend and mother. She dedicated her life to becoming a revered HR person in the medical field, with positions such as the director of HR at Brigham and Women's Hospital as well as Boston Children's Hospital. She had a very special way of interacting with people, which is why she succeeded so well in this field as well as having touched so many people around her in such a short amount of time. She is survived by two beloved children, Thomas Graham Glen McLachlan of Middleboro, MA and Ciara Brittany Leigh Farrelly of Cape Coral, FL; her loving mother, Sandra Allsopp Zentz of Plympton, MA; her fiancé, Paul Camerota also of Cape Coral, FL; as well as many cousins and friends. Her stepfather, Daniel Zentz in 2010, preceded Melissa in death. Memorial Services in Florida will be held 11:00 AM Friday, December 4, 2015 at Hope Hospice, 2430 Diplomat Parkway, Cape Coral, FL 33909.
