Michael Lucas Garner, 58, a resident of Cape Coral, FL since 2019, formerly of Columbus, OH, passed away Sunday, October 24, 2021 in Cape Coral. He was born November 11, 1962 in Ashville, OH to Robert and Anna Garner, now deceased.
Michael was raised in the Catholic faith and after his marriage, he was also involved in his wife’s Buddah faith. He was a pilot for NetJets for 26 years and loved his job. He is fondly remembered by his nickname “Jet Jockey” and will be remembered for his kindness and beautiful smile.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 24 years, Goi Garner of Cape Coral; two loving children, Jessica and Jordan Garner, both of Cape Coral; twin brother, Robert Garner, Jr (Pam) of Delray Beach, FL; niece, Krista Garner and nephew, Brandon Garner, both of OH; as well as Leo the dog.
