Mildred “Millie” G. Lamphear

Mildred “Millie” G. Lamphear, 81, a resident of Cape Coral, FL since 2011, formerly of Wilmington, DE, passed away Saturday, April 15, 2023 in Cape Coral. She was born October 24, 1941 in Cambridge, MD to Daniel and Myrtle Faulkner, now deceased.

Millie was of the Christian faith. She worked as a cashier for Pathmark Supermarkets in Wilmington, DE for more than 30 years. She loved to shop, go to the beach and lay in the sun. Millie was truly a beautiful unfiltered free spirit who will be missed more than words can say.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 36 years, Robert Lamphear of Cape Coral; two loving children, Christopher Nelson of New Port Richey, FL, and Kimberly Ecret of Sarasota, FL; sister, Donna Wiley; grandchildren, Jason Porter, Savannah Nelson, and Ashley Nelson; as well as a great grandson, Leo Nelson.
