Noreen Frances Shelar (née Bielecki)

Noreen Frances Shelar (née Bielecki), 70, a resident of Cape Coral, FL since August 2022, formerly of Austintown, OH, passed away Friday, December 23, 2022 in Cape Coral. She was born July 3, 1952 in Youngstown, OH to Walter and Frances Bielecki.

Noreen was of the Catholic faith, a graduate of Chaney Highschool in Youngstown and a retiree from Packard Electric.

She is survived by her loving son, Joseph Costello (Stephanie) of Canfield, OH; brothers, Gary Bielecki (Debbie) of Cape Coral, and Terry Bielecki of Mountain City, TN; several nieces and nephews; as well as grandchildren, Joey, Sammy, and Emmy.

Noreen was preceded in death by her parents, Walter & Frances, and her sister, Jermaine Rogers.
