Oriana Aurelia Larsche-Jones

Oriana Aurelia Larsche-Jones, 72, a resident of Cape Coral, FL for the past 22 years, formerly of southern New Jersey, passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2023 in Fort Myers, FL. She was born November 21, 1950 in Hassfurt, Germany to Oskar & Wilhelmine Larsche, now deceased.

Oriana was a Christian, a talented hair stylist with a flair for fashion, and a 1969 graduate of JFK High School, Willingboro, NJ. She was a beautiful, graceful, spirited, unpretentious lady who was loving, compassionate, honest, faithful, empathetic, and giving. She loved nature, animals, art, and especially music. She was sophisticated, stylish, and spiritual yet simple and direct. She had an unshakable love for family and friends. Her smile would light up the room bringing joy and fun into our lives. She will be profoundly missed by us all. 

She is survived by her loving husband of 21 years, Sam Jones of Cape Coral; children, Christine Calhoun (Christopher) of Mickleton, NJ, Michelle Craig-Russell of North Fort Myers, FL and Justin Larsche of Cape Coral, FL; step-daughter, Tracy Jones of Tulsa, OK; siblings, Bettina Castano (Thomas) of Thornton, PA, and Raymond Eyster of North Fort Myers, FL; nephews, Peter Boginsky of Grandy, NC and Brett Castano of Thornton, PA; niece, Melissa Schuler of North Fort Myers, FL; grandchildren, Erik Russell, Carly Russell, Brooke Calhoun, Bayleigh Calhoun, Chelsea Calhoun, and Bailey Moody; great grandchildren, Dominik Russell, and Nylah Davis; numerous friends, a loving family both in the United States and Germany.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
