Patricia G. Brown

Patricia G. Brown, most recently a resident of Fort Myers, Florida, formerly of Sanibel, Florida and, prior to that, Kingston, Pennsylvania, passed away Monday July 15, 2024 in Fort Myers, Florida. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Jordan Brown, with whom she was married 74 years until his death in 2022. She was also preceded in death by her parents, David and Frances Goldsmith.

Patricia was born in New York City, lived there until her family moved to Colon, Panama where she spent her early years. She attended high school in the states and graduated from Northfield Mount Hermon, in Gill, Massachusetts and Elmira College, Elmira, NY. She was a homemaker, with her husband and children as her priority.

She was a devoted mother to her three loving children and grandchildren, Carol Brown Goodman (John Simmons) of Cincinnati, OH, James Brown of Evergreen, CO and Joanne Brown Goodman (Andrew) of Redondo Beach, CA; grandchildren, Benjamin Goodman (Jessica), Zachary Goodman (Almasa), and Morgan Brown; as well as great granddaughter, Hannah.
