Richard “Dick” Paul Kristel

Richard “Dick” Paul Kristel, 79, a resident of Fort Myers, FL for the past 21 years, formerly of Rotterdam, NY, passed away Thursday, October 31, 2024 in Fort Myers. He was born December 12, 1944 in Schenectady, NY to Joseph and Marie Kristel, now deceased.

Dick was of the Catholic faith and a Veteran of the United States Navy. He passed away due to ALS.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Patricia Kristel of Fort Myers; loving son, Jason Richard Kristel of Lehigh Acres; brothers, Wayne Kristel (Annette) and Michael Kristel (Holly); five grandchildren, Aerianna, Allayanna, Joshua, Gabrielle, and Samantha; one great grandchild, Levi and another on the way; as well as many nieces and nephews.
