Rickie Lee Holtzclaw

Rudy (Rickie Lee) Holtzclaw, 60, a Lee County resident for the past five years, formerly of Clarksville, AR passed away Saturday, November 14, 2015 in Cape Coral, FL. He was born April 12, 1955 in Carmi, IL. Rudy joined the United States Navy after graduating from High School. He went on to have a lifelong career in the Oil and Gas Industry. His greatest accomplishment was his loving family, especially his grandchildren. He is survived by his beloved wife of many years, Janice Holtzclaw of Cape Coral; loving mother, Peggy Holtzclaw Burton of Carmi, IL; four loving children, Angela Dossett (Darrin) of Lamar, AR, Bryan Thomas of Clarksville, AR, Ryan Holtzclaw of Carmi, IL, and Connie Wise (William) of Lamar, AR; brother, Randy Downen (Janet) of Coal Hill, AR; sisters, Sandy Downen and Kathy Downen, both of Carmi, IL; eight grandchildren, Joshua, Zachary, Victoria, Taylor, Michael, Haylie, Chase, and Kela. Rudy was preceded in death by a sister, Debbie Downen. A Memorial Service will be held 10:00am November 27, 2015 at Bethel Baptist Church in Knoxville, AR with Terry Kennedy officiating. Memorial Contributions in memory of Rudy Holtzclaw are suggested to American Heart Association. Mullins Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cape Coral, is entrusted with final care.
