Robert F. Failer

Robert Frank Failer, 63, of Ft. Myers, FL, passed away peacefully on September 4, 2018 at Lee Memorial Hospital, after a courageous battle with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL). Born and raised in Allentown, PA, "Bobby", as he was known to his friends, was a graduate of Allentown's Louis E. Dieruff High School and was a long-time resident of Ft. Myers. An avid golfer and fisherman, Bobby was a much-loved employee of Verandah Golf & Country Club. He was an inspiration to all who crossed his path. His sense of humor resounded with everyone who knew him. He is survived by his sister, Ericka Failer Allio of Redding, CA; his niece, Brie Nicole Allio of New York City; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Helen and Frank Failer of Allentown, PA. A Memorial Mass will be held at10:00 AM onWednesday, September 12, 2018, at Church of the Resurrection of Our Lord, 8121 Cypress Lake Drive, Ft. Myers FL 33919.
