Ruth Ann Lambert, 73, a resident of Cape Coral, FL since 1960, passed away Monday, July 22, 2024 in Cape Coral, FL. She was born June 24, 1951 in Belleville, IL to Carl and Marie Biebel, now deceased.

Ruth was a member of Cape Christian in Cape Coral, FL. She was a free spirit with a kind heart that always had a smile and an opinion to give.  She loved being the life of the party and as many veterans can tell you, she could make a mean drink.

She is survived by her loving children, Autumn Cates of Cape Coral, FL, and Matthew Cates (fiancé, Natasha Campbell) of Cape Coral, FL; sister, Jane Southwick of North Fort Myers, FL; brother in law, Robert Rhodes of Fort Myers, FL; several nieces & nephews; as well as grandchildren, Elijah and Ariana.

Ruth was preceded in death by husband, Bruce “Pinky” Lambert in 2008; as well as two sisters (the twins), Pat Rhodes and Pam VanPelt.
