Sheila Irene Sanders, 46, a resident of Cape Coral, FL for about 20 years, formerly of Bear Lake, ID, passed away Sunday, April 24, 2022, in Cape Coral. She was born December 29, 1975, in Livonia, MI.
Sheila was of the Christian faith. She worked as a nurse at Gulf Coast Medical Center and was a decorated Army veteran dedicated to serving her country, patients, and her family.
She is survived by her loving husband, Ronald Sanders; parents, Arnold and Victoria Smith of Fort Myers, FL; children, James Garrett of Fort Myers, Jacob Garrett of Cape Coral, Brandon Garrett of Dallas, TX, Emily Garrett of Cape Coral, Riley Dittes of Cape Coral, and Tyler Dittes of Cape Coral; siblings, Patty Smith-Jones of Livonia, MI; a granddaughter, Phoenix; as well as her Gulf Coast Medical Center Family.
