Tamara Nichole Carey

Tamara Nichole Carey, 42, a resident of Cape Coral, FL, passed away Thursday, April 20, 2023 in Cape Coral. She was born June 5, 1980 in Fort Myers, FL.

Tamara was always willing to help especially when it came to health care. She knew everything there was to know about different medications and their interactions. She was so passionate about Pharmacy and dreamed of one day becoming a pharmacist. She was one class away from her bachelor’s degree and was looking forward to attending Nursing school to further enhance her education. But most importantly, she was an amazing Wife, Mother, Daughter, and Sister. She was our Best Friend. We could always talk about anything with no judgment. She will be missed more than words can say.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Scott Carey of Cape Coral; loving Mother and Father, Julie and Alan Simons of Ft. Myers; three loving children, Julia, Caitlyn, and Zachary; siblings, AJ Simons of Fort Denaud, FL, and Amber Dean of Colorado; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Private services will be held.
