Thomas William Lapp, Sr., 72, a resident of Cape Coral since 2003, formerly of Hanover, MD, passed away Thursday, November 12, 2020 in Cape Coral. He was born September 14, 1948 in Washington DC to Claude and Lillian Lapp, now deceased.
Thomas was of the Catholic faith. He was a very hard working man that was devoted to his family. He will be missed greatly.
He is survived by his two loving children, Jason Lapp (Lina) of Rockville, MD and Thomas Lapp, Jr. (Daphnie) of Cape Coral; three sisters, Ann Whitmore (Bud) of CA, Catherine Mobely of Walkersville, MD and Theresa “Sis” Pusateri (Don) of Poolsville, MD; six grandchildren, Skyler, Chance, Dougie, Savannah, Tommy and Caden; five great grandchildren, Dougie, Dallas, Ducan, Grant and Hallie as well as several nieces and nephews.
Thomas was preceded in death by his wife, Gladys May Lapp in 2002 as well as two brothers, John and Claude Lapp.
Graveside services will be held 10:00 AM Monday, November 23, 2020 at Meadowridge Memorial Park, 7250 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075.
No services will be held in Florida.
